As with quality, each individual is measured and reviewed on their contributions in the area of putting products out the door on time. Our "No surprises" policy has been in place since 1998, and our records since April 1, 1998 tell a story with a happy ending. 99.86 % of the orders shipped with no surprise. This is a level we are very proud of at Vanguard and delight when a customer calls us and says "I can save a couple bucks with your competitor but I have to have the product so I'm ordering from you".
